Property Pathways Inc. is a licensed BCIN building permit company in Ontario. We provide architectural design services to the public in the low and mid-rise residential sectors. Every day, we support independent real estate investors and small-scale real estate developers in selecting properties with the highest and best use and navigating the process of building permit approvals so they can accomplish their investment goals.
Meet Ronald de Coteau
For years, Ronald watched real estate investors struggle with the stress and frustrations of obtaining building permit approvals for their secondary units. So, he founded Property Pathways as the medium to help homeowners and real estate investors transform their second unit ideas into safe and profitable real estate investments.
With an equivalent of 8 years of education, Ronald acquired an Architectural Technologist diploma and an Honors Degree in Construction Management with 20 years of vocational experience with various architectural design and construction companies. His understanding of the design and construction of buildings and Ontario building permit processes is peerless.
His honest nature, expert craftsmanship, and work ethic have successfully allowed him to build long-term relationships with homeowners, architectural firms, contractors, and real estate investors, all of whom he enjoys working with daily.
